The successful candidate will be proficient in the core skills needed to bring creative ideas and designs to life on the web, complemented by a passion for the latest iPhone applications. You should be able to demonstrate good creative skills as well as a strong proficiency in web standards based coding and development.

Working directly with the Managing Director and alongside the design team you will be responsible for bringing your web experience and coding knowledge to fresh and exciting new media projects.

There is also the responsibility to manage the company’s expanding portfolio of iPhone and mobile technologies portfolio. My clients iPhone application development is business critical, a self starter with a can do attitude will have the chance to manage a team focusing on this key area in line with the booming iPhone market.

Essential Web design/development skills:

•Hands on Designer/Developer with experience across the web.
•Ideally 3 5 years experience in web development using PHP for commercial websites

I Phone applications skills:

The finance arm of this global telecommunications company is looking for an experienced C# Developer for a short term role. The ideal candidate will have solid experience of C# 3.5, SQL Server, WCF and LDAP. Any experience of ASP, JavaScript, Oracle and HTML would be beneficial. A contract opportunity has arisen within a recognised and successful Trading company for an Analyst Developer with strong Oracle and VBA development skills to join the IT Support team.
It is an essential requirement for this role that you have had experience of working in development and support in an Energy Trading environment and that you have had direct exposure to the Trading floor.

The ideal candidate is likely to have come from either an Oracle Development or MS Office Development background and have experience of supporting complex financial applications in a high availability environment.
You must have advanced Excel and VBA, Oracle PL/SQL, Java, ASP/HTML, XML skills to be suitable for this role. Although not essential any experience with VB 6.0, .Net (VB or C#) and Perl would strongly support your application.

This role will provide continued development and front-line support of the trading and management applications, systems and processes. In particular these will be custom-built, multi-commodity front office applications and tools in a variety of technologies and languages.
This position will also assist in ensuring maximum availability and uptime of business critical tools, diagnosing of system issues and providing technical advice to various departments.

You will have an agency background and the ability to share and impart that knowledge and experience upon your contemporaries.
