Recruiting through KB Europe is a consultative, specialised approach to recruitment. At KB Europe, the recruitment process begins by meeting with one of our experienced consultants. There must be an in-depth understanding of client’s requirements for the recruitment process to be successful.
Understanding our client’s priorities for a particular position, including skill set, areas of expertise, goals to be achieved and the unique culture of an organisation is fundamental to KB Europe. Because our Consultants have a minimum of five years of industry experience, our meetings are always consultative in nature. You can feel free to question us about anything: the suitability of your brief, candidate availability, expected salaries, timing and even market conditions.

KB Europe recognises that the relationship between client and consultant is key to delivery. Each client will be assigned an Account Manager who will gather intelligence and understanding for each requirement. Our Account Managers will be contactable from start to finish of the recruitment process. Understanding the specific requirements of each client enables our Consultants to provide the complete service that our clients deserve. We have worked with SME’s, full service digital agencies (such as the NMA top 100), online gambing companies, investment banks and more.
KB Europe only delivers our clients a shortlist of strictly vetted and screened candidates. Knowing in detail, the skills, experience and demands of our candidates enables us to be certain that when our clients receive the CV of a particular candidate the client can be 100% certain that this candidate will be able to deliver on the client’s needs. We carry out an initial interview for all candidates in which we fully profile the candidate as to their career experience and future personal expectations.
We will then and only then present the candidates within the pre-agreed timescales and arrange and monitor the candidates through the recruitment process; from interview stages, receiving offers, dealing with resignation and counter-offer issues.
