KB Europe is an energetic, fast growing IT Headhunting and Recruitment firm that has a reputation for excellence in delivery and service with many major blue-chip clients across the UK and Europe.

We are looking to further grow and strengthen our team with highly talented individuals to be based in our Central London offices.

To be a part of our exciting future you will either be an experienced Recruiter or Headhunter, Account Manager or a recent graduate wishing to start a career in recruitment / headhunting.

For the more experienced individual, you will be a Senior Consultant / Account Manager within the IT sector. You will be a client focused sales person who can build and develop strategic business relationships within a number of accounts.

For the more junior individual, you will be a graduate with at least a 2:2 honors degree, have a confident nature and bright personality.

Most importantly for all roles, you will be service orientated and possess a genuine desire to win. KB Europe wants individuals to grow with the company, you will be prepared to work hard for it, but the reward will be high.

Client Services Consultant: You will be a consistent high biller with experience of working for a mainstream recruiter. We require a hard-hitting, hands on recruiter who enjoys and understands the various project management methodologies applicable to the digital and integrated media arena.
