KB Europe is currently advising on an opening for a Relationship Manager. Our client is one of Europe’s most progressive companies specializing in Social and Business networking.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
• Build up a network of contacts in large companies, associations, interest groups, authorities and education institutes, and foster excellent business relations at various decision-making levels (HR managers, social media managers, marketing managers, etc.)
• Develop growth concepts and directly approach potential contacts
• Position involves a lot of travel within Switzerland (approx. 50%)
• Forward qualified sales leads to the HR, Advertising and Events teams
• Help the target group to put together great Company Profiles
• Support and share the country manager’s workload, i.e. building my clients Swiss presence, PR work and new groups
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Degree in economics or similar or proven skills in another field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales (ideally key accounting) or marketing
• Methodical and dynamic approach to tasks with a high level of personal responsibility
• Experience with sales management tools such as pipelines, sales funnels, KPIs and potential analyses
• Open personality at all levels with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and good organizational skills
• Fluent German, good English and French, and excellent MS Office skills
