THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an IS Analyst you will be supporting my clients Global SAP HR system, coordinating realization of new initiatives according to validated and approved requirements. You will contribute in implementation of system changes coming from project & support organizations. You will be part of the central team that is maintaining and harmonizing Template in Global SAP HR solution according to business requirements & statutory regulations.
Specifically, you will:
• Understand business requirements, perform gap assessments & prepare functional specifications.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration.
• Perform risk & impact analysis of proposed system changes.
• Apply best practices of SAP HCM configuration (OM, PA) and integration.
• Maintain and update appropriate technical and functional documentation.
• Coordinate realization of initiatives accordingly to validated & approved requirements.
• Analyze functional incidents, propose fixes & solutions.
• Keep track of the work in the Service Management tool, monitor & control execution of the work that is done by off-shore team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree in a scientific or economical discipline, or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 5 years of experience in support, configuration and testing of SAP HCM sub modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Management of Global Employees.
• Experience in data analysis, end user requirement analysis, gathering business requirements and SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in support and delivery of integrated enterprise applications.
• Very good command of English.

As an IS System Analyst you will be supporting Global SAP HR system (Performance Management and Talent Management), coordinate realization of new initiatives according to validated and approved requirements. You will contribute in implementation of system changes requested by HR Centres of Expertise as well as project teams. You will be part of the central team that is maintaining and harmonizing Template in Global SAP HR solution according to business requirements & statutory regulations.
Specifically, you will:
• Understand business requirements, perform gap assessments & prepare functional specifications.
• Remain up-to-date with SAP HCM Performance Management (PM) and Talent Management (TM) solutions to recommend improvements and upgrades based on observed and requested improvement opportunities.
• Keep the knowledge on PM/TM implementations to be able to validate business requirements and solutions proposed by developers.
• Prepare test cases and perform tests of any changes in PM and TM areas.
• Maintain and update appropriate technical and functional documentation.
• Analyze functional incidents, propose fixes & solutions, communicate with the developers in order to implement the solutions on timely basis.
• Ensure that integration points between PM/TM and other parts of the system are identified and impact of integration points is properly assessed and managed.
• Build and maintain strong working relationship with customers and with the external providers.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3-year experience in SAP HCM.
• Expertise in support, configuration and testing for SAP Performance Management or Talent Management module.

Position Overview
Providing 1st class desktop support to 180 + users in a Windows XP / Windows 7 / Office 2007/2010 environment, Cisco phones, BlackBerrys, HP Printers & Photocopier support. There are several bespoke applications also in use.
Essential Job Functions
• Responding to end user support issues, via a number of sources – helpdesk system, phone calls, email – ensuring issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
• Maintaining desktop/laptop hardware & Software (including ghost images)
• Set up of new user accounts & required hardware
• Support of the companies printing infrastructure, including keeping consumables up to date.
• Ensuring scheduled backups are completed and tested periodically
• Be my client’s “face” of IT, providing excellent levels of support and going the extra mile.
Non-essential Job Functions
• Involvement in monthly maintenance on key systems (out of hours)
• Involvement in office moves when required, which could be out of office hours/weekend work

The role details as follows:
The successful candidate will be involved in the design, development and integration of my client’s Salesforce CRM and Web based applications.
• Technical hands on role:
• Design and develop Salesforce and Web applications.
• Program software to agreed functional and technical specifications
• Development based unit testing of produced software
• Maintenance of existing systems and fix software quality issues
• Communicate status of development tasks as required
Knowledge/Skills and Experience:
• 1+ Years Salesforce Development experience (Apex, Visualforce)
• 2+ Years web development experience in C# and ASP.net 3.5/4
• SQL skills, preferably MS SQL – Server 2005/8 (inc T-SQL)
• Experience in working in a source code controlled environment
• Production of quality code to specification and deadlines
